Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
*Food items such as rubs and barbecue sauce and Franklin Barbecue Pit Covers are not eligible for returns or refunds*

- Please enter your email address when prompted and then click Continue
- In your email account, open the email from our store and copy the 6 digit verification code, proceed to enter the 6 digit code on our site
- Click the order you would like to initiate a return for (if you item includes more than one item, select the items you'd like to return)
- Select a return reason and add a note for us
- Click Request Return
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, please follow the instructions under "Shipping". Once we receive your product in unused, unwashed condition, you will receive a refund.
In Person
You can return your item at our restaurant located at 900 E 11th St, Austin, TX 78702 Tuesday-Sunday, 9am-3pm. Please check our website franklinbbq.com for holiday closures.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

Cancellations
If you cancel your order before your item has shipped, we can offer you a full refund.
Once your item has shipped, we are unable to cancel your order and you will need to follow steps above, under "Returns".
