This one of a kind slicing knife is a collaboration between knife maker Travis Weige and Aaron Franklin. The wood handle comes from post oak chosen from the Franklin BBQ woodpile, that is stabilized then crafted by Weige Knives. The blade design is just the right shape for brisket trimming with a super thin and flexible tip. Blade is approximately 7" with a 4.5" handle. (440c stainless steel blade / solid brass pins)
Stains and rust are naturally occurring when using carbon steel knives. Clean and oil the blade and handle regularly with food grade oil. Hand wash only and do not soak. Dry with a dry cloth immediately after washing.
